The role…

·         Experience is more important than qualifications for this role, so if you have a common-sense approach to tasks, enjoy being practical and hands-on with a ‘no job too small’ attitude then this job is for you.

·         The main purpose of the role is to keep the site in full working order throughout – from high standards of repair and cleanliness through to general property maintenance.

·         To undertake minor repairs to fixtures and fittings including tables and chairs, cupboards, doors etc. as appropriate

·         Assist with grounds maintenance keeping the standard high at all times

·         Maintenance and repairs to production equipment, flooring, roofing and forklifts

·         Ensuring machinery is in good working order and offer support to external contractors

·         Work alongside Health & Safety Manager to improve site facilities and ensure compliance of all machinery

·         Creation of a maintenance schedule for production equipment

·         There will be training given for the maintenance of equipment on site.
