To be recognised as a Forgeway Adhesive Expert, our team members must first complete our rigorous, certified qualification scheme. This begins with our three-tier training programme, the same programme we offer to our customers:

Tier 1: Forgeway Adhesive Bonder
Tier 2: Forgeway Adhesive Supervisor
Tier 3: Forgeway Adhesive Engineer (FAE) - the highest level of certification.

We believe real-world experience is essential. That's why our training mirrors the challenges faced on the production line, ensuring our team truly understands the demands of bonding applications. If you'd like to learn more about our training, just ask a member of the team.

Beyond Certification: Mastering Adhesives

Earning the Forgeway Adhesive Engineer certification is just the beginning. To become an expert, each team member must develop an in-depth knowledge of adhesives, substrates, and bonding.
