Primer PP

Formoa^® Primer PP is used in pre-treatment of rigid or elastomeric plastics based on solid or foamed TPE to improve adhesion of some adhesives and sealants. Two-part polychlororoprene adhesives suitable for this application, as well as one component reactive adhesives and sealants based on Formoa technology often show a good afinity for surfaces of polyole ns materials treated with Formoa Primer PP, offering high strength and long-lasting adhesive bondings. Formoa Primer PP is not a substitute for surface cleaning. Clean surfaces with an appropriate solvent (some solvents can cause stress cracking in plastics). Given the wide variety of polyole nic compound formulations, test applications are always needed to verify the final result.
