Formoa Parquet Pro is a single-component MS Polymer adhesive. It is designed specifically for bonding in the flooring industry. It has a longer working time compared to the standard Formoa Parquet and is higher strength. Parquet Pro also cures slightly harder and is better suited in harsh conditions (-50ºC, 100ºC, H/H)

Applications

For use in parquet flooring applications:
Formoa Parquet is perfect for bonding both natural and engineered wood floors, ensuring a strong, durable hold that maintains the beauty and integrity of your parquet flooring.

Suitable for underfloor heating:
Formoa Parquet is designed to work seamlessly with underfloor heating systems, maintaining its performance and flexibility under varying temperatures, ensuring long-lasting durability and comfort.

Application

Apply to clean, dry, free from dust or grease substrates. Paying particular attention to concrete subfloors.

Apply evenly with a notched trowel. Fine trowel for small substrate and/or smooth substrate. Large trowel for large and/or coarse substrate), apply as much as can be utilised within 30mins. Lay parquetonto adhesive covered floor and pressed down firmly within 30mins.

Do not apply flooring if skin has formed – Remove and apply fresh adhesive to ensure sufficient bonding.

Do not apply in areas of high humidity (Bathrooms/wet rooms) or rooms/areas at high humidity (after decorating – water-based paints, plaster etc). This could impact the adhesive transfer free time and bonding performance.

Do not apply against rising damp, or areas susceptible to rising damp.

Do not apply to frozen areas or standing water.

Remove any spilled / misapplied adhesive when wet. Cured adhesive can be mechanically removed only
