Directly reporting to the COO and working between both our Exeter and Newton Abbot sites, you’ll be provided with a prominent role in our leadership team. You’ll be fundamental at leading and managing a skilled small Engineering team to implement best practice, production engineering practices to improve productivity whilst planning for future CapEx investment across our plants and facilities.
