Junior Customer Service Administrator
We are looking for a new addition to our forward-thinking team to represent the company and it’s values and support to customers. The role would someone who is keen to learn all aspects of customer service within an office-based role as full training will be provided.
Our innovative products are used all over the world within construction, transport and aerospace sectors. We have decades of experience and technical expertise within bonding, sealants and adhesives industries.
A varied role, dealing with customers on the telephone, answering queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
Responding to daily email traffic
Processing customer orders and coordinating delivery schedules
Establishing long-lasting relationships with customers
Ensuring that all CRM systems are updated accurately
Coordinating daily workload, reporting and communicating effectively and concisely
Full on the job training and support will be provided for the successful candidate.

A confident, friendly and an adaptable individual with a can-do attitude
Excellent telephone manner and business acumen
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong organisational and office skills
Ability to learn new computer systems quickly, with excellent attention to detail
Enjoys being part of a hard-working team environment and working to daily deadlines
Native level fluency in German or Spanish highly advantageous.
